Account Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Parker Vollmar - State Farm is looking for an Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Napoleon, OH office. This position provides individuals with an opportunity to work with a team, be compensated based off of their performance, and grow through hands-on experience, ongoing learning, and the development of skills that can lead to greater responsibilities and long-term career advancement
The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing events to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets using ECRM software.
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio P&C insurance license prior to starting date (Test & learning materials reimbursable)
